2019 American Planning Association Ohio Chapter’s Best Practice Award

Kent State University’s Cleveland Urban Design Collaborative is honored to receive the 2019 Best Practice Award for our MOOS initiative from the American Planning Association's Ohio Chapter.

Awards in the Best Practice category recognize the development or application of a specific planning tool, practice, program or process that demonstrates how innovative and state-of-the-art planning methods and practices help create communities of lasting value.

2017 EDRA Great Places Award | Planning

We are pleased to announce that MOOS initiative—a program of Kent State University’s Cleveland Urban Design Collaborative—has received a Great Places Award from the Environmental Design Research Association (EDRA).

The EDRA Great Places Awards recognize professional and scholarly excellence in environmental design and pay special attention to the relationship between physical form of the built environment and human activity or experience.
